SOMD Loves You: Modified RC3 Faceshield with Adjustable Straps and Overhead Support, Medium and Large

The original RC3 was used as a starting point, with input provided by local healthcare workers for increased wearability during long shifts.

Some modifications include:
-An additional size "Medium" has been created which is 0.50" narrower than the original. This was based on user feedback. "Large" is the baseline design size.
-Addition of diagonal slots for 3/4" elastic strapping for infinite adjustability
-Thickened headband ends for increased durability
-Decreased pressure points on side of head
-Added an attachment on the front to provide overhead strap support

Note: The two outermost pegs were moved in slightly (2.5mm, on center) in order to better fit face shield material that was sourced locally (0.080"). This headband design has been proven to fit shield material from 0.020"-0.030" (flat) and up to 0.080" when heat-formed around a 10" buck.
