Inspired by R. Buckminster Fuller and his idea of Tensegrity I created a model connecting two separate pieces with string. One piece suspends the other in the air creating a stable structure that looks like it's floating. So far this is one model that demonstrates the concept of Tensegrity (tension + integrity) and I plan on making this into a kit of mini projects that people can put together to ease the boredom of the quarantine and inspire creative design.

Print instructions

I prefer faster prints so I printed with 0.3 mm layer height on my Ender 3 Pro with an infill density of 20%. This should print fine with no supports and no build plate adhesion if you have you printer well leveled. Feel free to scale up the model if you want to make a bigger one. I used hemp string to tie everything together.
