Print instructions

For text on top (Instructions for prusa slicer).

Import the top file into slicer.
Do not move it, delete everything but text (body part).
Slice and print with 1st color. (text)
Do not remove print just remove skirt.
Import file into slicer again and remove all text parts (7 parts).
Slice and print on top of previous print with second color.

Added gcode for MK3s.

Print text.
Remove skirt only.
Print second file on top.
