Ruler Height Gauge

A ruler holder to hold a 300mm rule vertical as a reference size for importing photos to CAD. Added a height bar to make it a basic height gauge for getting a better approximation of height measurements.

Ruler holder uses a M3 square nut and M3x10 cap screw to clamp the ruler. Height bar uses a M3 square nut and M3x18 cap screw with a M3 hex nut for the knob. All screws and nuts were spare from the MK3S build. The printed parts have a thin piece of plastic between the screws and the ruler to avoid marking it. Ruler is 28.8mm wide and 1mm thick. f3d file included to allow modification for other sizes of ruler.

Print instructions

Printed in PETG with 0.2mm layers and default 15% gyroid infill. Height bar requires supports. For the screw knob I forced supports just for the countersink face.
