A print head carriage that combines three great components: Slice Engineering's Mosquito hotend, Bondtech's BMG dual-drive geared extruder, and ANTCLABS BLTouch probe.
The carriage is almost entirely one solid piece for rigidity that helps when printing fast. The belt tension can be adjusted easily by tightening a M3x60 bolt running through both belt clip blocks.
An optional mount for a square endstop switch comes with a loop for zip tying cables and wires. There is an additional loop on the radial fan mount for more zip tying. Bearings are a press fit, with a slit to push them back out with a flathead screwdriver if need be.
Due to assembly tolerances, you may need to put a shim between the carriage and the extruder.
Print out of PETG, ABS, ASA, or Nylon. Print with supports to the build plate to support the fan duct and the motor pocket.
