Microplastics Mega-Polarizer

A design for a water filter made to filter out microplastics using biologically activated carbon and a plant tissue called xylem. The filtration substrates are a zoomed-in microscopic view of the actual materials. Originally designed for a FIRST Lego League (FLL) competition for the theme of Hydro Dynamics as my team's innovative solution. Can also be used as a model to showcase the structure of xylem and activated carbon on a microscopic scale.
