Swing Arm Lamp Replacement Mount

Had several of these lamps without the necessary mounts, and one with a plastic mount that cracked when I drilled mounting holes through it (see photo of black mount). Created replica of black plastic mount with slight alterations to enable flush swivel when mounted on edge of workbench. Holes are sized for a #8 screw.
