Due to printing reliability I made this V6 conversion for Prusa Mini. Easy to replace.
Used parts:

  • V6 heatsink
  • V6 allmetal heatbreak
  • 3x M3x30 screw
  • 4x M3 nut
  • 1x M3 square nut or slim nut
  • longer bowden tube

Print instructions

Just replace heatsink with heatbreak and fan frame with this upgrade. It is necessary to make new and little bit longer bowden.
Keep other parts on their place - Minda + holder (R2), cable clip (R2), heatblock with thermistor and heater.

  • Split STL into two parts horizontally in Prusaslicer.
  • Print without supports
  • Use PETG
  • Put offset for Y axis -3.0 into your intro G-Code after leveling
    M206 Y-3.0

Enjoy ;-)

EDIT: I made larger gap to fit V6 heatsink, diameter +0,2mm because some users can't fit heatsink into printed parts.
