Boat Propeller I designed to electrically drive my canoe. It can be driven with a battery drill.

Edit: /* To clear things up a bit.

20cm_10mm.3mf is a propeller with 20cm diameter and a hole for a shaft with 10mm diameter. 30° tip angle; 314mm/rev pitch
20cm_15mm.3mf is a propeller with 20cm as well and a hole with 15mm diameter.

NEW Model: 13cm_10mm_flat.3mf has 13cm diameter and 10mm shaft, it is a bit flatter and has a less “aggressive” angle. Better for low torque and higher RPM motors. 30° tip angle; 204mm/rev pitch

NEW Model 2: Parametrised_MK7_10cm_10mm_flatter.3MF
10cm diameter 10mm shaft; 30° tip angle; 157mm/rev pitch;

13cm_10mm_flat.3mf  and the 10cm version need support.

Scale any of them to fit your needs ;-)

*/

There is a version with a 15mm hole that can be scaled down to 66,67%(20cm_15mm.3mf) in the slicer to get the 13cm diameter propeller with a 10mm hole. Or you scale down the 20cm(20cm_10mm.3mf) one to 60% to use it with a 6mm shaft.

Use M5 screws to fix on the shaft.

The print time indicated is for the 66% version.

The smaller version is easier to handle and more adequate in size for a small canoe, however it needs higher rpm (+-2000rpm) to work well.

Print instructions

Can be printed without support. I printed it in ABS.
13cm_10mm_flat.3mf  needs support.
