Yet another customizable radius gauge

Mostly the same as the original project, but can handle larger radius sizes, and non-sequential radius ranges (like only even millimeter sizes), since radius sizes are selected manually.

The defaults are the settings I used, but gauge fit will depend a lot on your printer tolerances and first layer squishing. If in doubt, print a smaller test, and/or increase the tolerance to 0.2 or 0.3 or higher.
