I have a future scene on my lower level that is a single track siding. I stumbled on this cement industry siding on Google Maps in Oregon. I used TinkerCad to design the pieces. My goal with this project was to see if I could print a "kit" building that could be assembled, rather than a building that prints as one unit. In the final pics, you can see how it all came together.
For printing, you'll need
1 x Roof
1 x Silos
2 x Walls
7 x I-Beams
12 x Cross Braces
1 x inside building
Optional:
2 x I-Beam assembly jigs, to assist with spacing evenly while gluing.
Printing/supports:
Roof - I got best results printing the roof on end, standing straight up, using a large brim for stability/bed adhesion. Printing it flat resulted in too much support material to clean up afterwards and it looked sloppy inside the building.
Inside Building - didn't use supports, my printer was able to span that size. But, you can use supports if you want.
Silos - will need supports for the ring part way up.
Everything else was printed flat on the bed, no supports needed.
