I wanted to have a blindplug design for my VW Transporter T5, which i also can use as an USB-charger-outlet or print right away with a cutout for a charging cable or microphone cable.
Sadly, none of the designs online fitted. So i went myself through designing one, and through the hassle of finding the right way so that the blindplug holds, and doesnt breaks while putting it in.
So thats why i couldnt copy the whole original design, as thats only possible with injection molding.
So, long story short, youll find in the downloads 3 STLs:
a blindplug fitted for adding the electronics of an "Ansmann IN-CAR CHARGER 130Q"

Thats a Quickcharge 3.0 charger with 18W. Thats plenty for my usage.
Printer Brand: TEVO
Printer: Tornado
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2
Infill: 15%
Filament: Owl Filament PLA Black
Notes:
The blindplugs will finally be epoxycoated, and sanded down (as you can see, i had my bed misleveled, so i have to sand that now).
As for longevity issues, the previous, not-really-fitting version i printed one year ago was still holding up perfectly fine.
But it also doesnt get this hot here in germany.
