I decided to try printing with TPU to make the switch boxes more heat resistant and more playful. There's zero tolerance between the lid and the bottom supporting lip, so it slips on easily and stays put. If printed with something rigid, a tolerance of at least 0.1mm on all four lip edges would be needed.
