PTFE Lined Spool Holder and Filament Guide

Spool holder and filament guide using ptfe to reduce drag as the filament is being pulled. These help eliminate jams and underextrusion during print.

I'm using 5mm x 8mm hex screw and twist lock t-nuts in the 2020 extrusions but you can probably use 4mm screws and nuts as well.
