Notes:
File Is nice sized at 100% However I Printed all mine at 120% Roughly The Max size for my printer, Size (at 120%) is roughly 6x6, The designs Margins Are Exact and have an extremely tight Tolerance. Might need a rubber mallet OR rubber handled Scraper To Pound the pieces together( Its Sturdy) I Printed them as 2 files, and pvc glue them together, Im Still learning how to Z-Hop So unsure how it prints with it, Though im Sure That would Make it way easier. Another option is, just printing the Main Pic Body, And using a Paint Dropper Syringe to Actually have a Paint inlay. All in all at 120% my printer prints it in around 3hours, 20 or so minutes for the logos.
Post-Printing
Post Printing they look just fine as is However, I intended on getting them autographed at a show, That being said Sharpie Bleeds on 3D material, so your either gonna want to clear coat them or Filler primer. Again be careful of the tolerance between the 2 files, cause its incredibly tight. Another id is to print a screw hole and pvc glue it to the back for wall hanging.
How I Designed This
Scanned a stage used guitar pick, Coverted it to a black image, Covenverted to Svg, Took it into tinkercad beveled the edges out. Then Found the Band Logo Of my choice, Saved it as jpg, converted to svg, tinkercad. Punched out a 1 layer hole, then saved it as 2 files, 1 punched, 1 logo
