Orbiter v1.5 mount for Ender 3 Max

Simple Orbiter v1.5 mount for the Ender 3 Max

Didnt want to reuse the Creality stepper so I learned Onshape CAD with this adapter.

Printing

• Print it with the diagonal support structure facing down.
• remove sacrificial wall in the middle (or use the stl without it if you wanna use your own supports there)

Assembly

• remove the 2 screws that are used to attach the stock fan shroud
• place the mount over the shroud holes
• re-insert the screws now going through the mount and the shroud
• attach Orbiter v1.5
• optional use the “grid” for attaching cable stuff

Remarks

• if you have a regular Orbiter v1.5 you will have to mirror the mount so that the screwholes fit
• sorry for the picture of the “assembled” version, I dont use the mount anymore on the e3max
• even more sorry for the mess on onshape. This was my first attempt at CAD and using onshape :)
