Hey guys.

I previously made this part using 1/4-20 screws and I thought the nut holes might be a little too big. So I made this one also to take #10-32 screws and matching locknut. I have not yet tried this. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

Again, this is for size #10-32 steel screws and Nylock nut.

THIS IS NOT A TESTED, WORKING PART. I will update this when I have a final draft.

EDIT 3/21/2018:

I added my signature to the part. That is all.

EDIT 3/26/2018:

I tightened up the nut slot by .005" to make it a little more snug.

How I Designed This

Design:

I used Autodesk Inventor to import the STL of the original and then modified the holes to fit the #10-32 nut and screw.
