This head was made as part of an ongoing robotics project.
I suspect it may be useful to other people so I'm uploading it separately.
Plus it's nice to show things off.
There are holes for LEDs behind the eyes, so they light up.
The head has 3 M5 holes in the base to attach the mount, along with 4 M2 holes inside the head to mount the camera to.
The teeth partially occlude the camera vision, but not badly.
The extent of this is shown in the gallery.
LEDs are mounted in the top of the head, and held in place with contact adhesive.
Both LEDs are in series with a 50 Ohm resistor, and are connected in parallel between the ground and the 3V pin on the Pi.
M2 shafts were used to join the different sections of the head.
With the exception of the eyes, the exterior of the head was painted with several layers of Humbrol primer, and then painted with enamel paint. The eyes were varnished, and then had pupils painted on.
