40mm Axial Fan to 40mm Centrifugal Fan Adapter

Convert from a 40 mm axial fan to a 40mm x 20mm centrifugal fan.

FEB 28 15 - Added strain relief to the adapter.
JUN 22 15 - Added a couple more with other strain relief locations.

Used a fan available on Amazon.com "40mm x 20mm DC 12V 2Pin 3000RPM Brushless Blower Cooling Fan"

NOTE: Adapter needs to be attached to fan mount before installing lower fan bolt.
