Modified Olsson Nozzle torque wrench

Edit: while this mod makes the Olsson's wrench better, I found the usefulness of the Olsson's wrench questionable. It doesn't seem to apply enough torque when tightening the nozzle and since I started using it I experience a few filament leaks (the symptoms are brown crud around the nozzle and heating block that drips and contaminate the model). I stopped using it and am now tightening the nozzle more securely with a real wrench.

This is a remix of Olsson's nozzle torque wrench. It adds two notches to the housing to make it easier removing the nozzle.
