Freewing JAS-39 Gripen Main Landing Gear Reinforcement Braces

Print 2 pieces and install behind each main landing gear strut and alongside fuselage as illustrated in the picture.  

Print the Gear Mechanism Reinforcement Bar in carbon infused filament for optimal strength.

Put them all the way down to the square part of the strut so that doors will close correctly.

Sand edge that goes towards the foam and use epoxy to set in place.

This will eliminate retract mechanism from bending out of place in the foam construction.

Unfortunately for the front gear this fix cannot be done like for the Avanti, so keep the nose up on landing to minimise front gear impact.
