Dii Cooler Bracket for ACDbot 2.01 Carriage

This is a bracket to allow mounting a Dii Cooler shroud to the ACDBot 2.0.2 Titan Aero Carriage for the DBot.

It is meant to fit the Short version of the Dii Cooler. The STL is included.

STEP file for the bracket included incase you need to make a modification for your setup.

The bracket has 2 slots that allow it to mount using the same 2 bolts used by the stock ACDBot shroud. The slots have a little bit of travel on them so you can adjust the height of the shroud to just clear the nozzle tip.

Update Feb 4 2020 - Added an extension kit for using an E3D Volcano block. It's basically a couple shims to drop the BLTouch and the Dii Cooler down about 8mm to account for the extra length of the Volcano. Currently untested.

Notes:

Bracket is already oriented for best printing. No supports needed.

Print the Dii Cooler out of a heat resistant plastic like MATX/ASA. Using a silicone sock for the hotend is also strongly recommended.
