For the upgrade of the Artillery Sidewinder X1, you'll need:

1.) Bondtech Extruder BMG right

2.) E3D V6 Hotend

3.) 3x M3x35mm screws or (alternatively) 3x M3x40mm with washers

4.) Radial fan 50x50x15 24V

[Recommended]: titan heatbreak, copper heatblock, silicone sock, titan plated nozzle (0.6mm in my case)

Firmware is based on a Marlin 2.0 mod of pinguinpfleger (https://github.com/pinguinpfleger/ASWX1-FW-MOD/).

Changes there: Configuration.h => #define INVERT_E0_DIR true

ESteps 445 in my case, but you have to calibrate the E-Steps of course.

VRef 0,9V (with stock extruder motor, 44 °C after 24h of printing)

The hotend fan adapter doesn't block the X stepper motor (like other mods where you have to move the endstop). Due to the fact, that the fan can be rotated freely, I'm using two zip ties to avoid this.

The other fan adapter must be glued together (to print them without support).

30.06.2020 Update

Fan adapter for E3D hotend improved. You can fix the adapter with two zip ties to the other fan adapter now. See picture. My power strip solution failed after some prints...
