Plantar Fasciitis Ice Foot Rollers

A friend was told to roll her feet on an ice roller, I'd seen stainless steel rollers for sale in various stores.

This allows you to take an Arrowhead brand (700 ml / 23.7 oz) water bottle, the ones with the flip top, and fill them with water, add my rings and put them in the freezer to make bottles that roll a little nicer on carpets and tile.

They have slightly rounded edges on the insides to protect tender arches. Each end of the bottle has a different number of grooves, so print one of each and slip them on.

It's a tight fit, I do it with water in it to keep it from deforming.

I printed these in Shore 95A (the cheap/hard stuff) TPU, wondering how they would hold up in the fridge. They did just fine after a year's use so onto Thingiverse they go.
