Fox Float X / DPX2 Volume Spacers

Overview

This is a series of air volume spacers specifically for the Fox Float X and Fox DPX2 mountain bike suspension shocks. The CAD is roughly based off of the five piece kit that Fox sells.

Print Settings

Print should be done in a high-temp, impact resistant material; ABS, Nylon, PC.

If you are not printing at 100% infill, you will need to get a final volume estimation from your slicer, on it's "print material estimation".

Rough estimates below assume masses based on 100% infill with ABS. Use these estimations in order to determine final volume when adjusting part infill.

0.2 = 3.4g

0.3 = 4.89g

0.4 = 6.55g

0.6 = 10.04g

0.68 = 11.4g

0.74 = 12.18g
