This is a two-part laptop support bracket for Yamaha P-45. It goes into the same slot that the OEM note holder does, and you can adjust the width to your liking. Fully removable, of course. The two parts are mirror copies of one another, nothing fancy.

The original inspiration was driven by the fact that I do not own a tablet to use with Synthesia and other educational e-piano software, and balancing my Macbook Pro on the piano surface and against the wall felt not very neat or safe.

If you have a larger/smaller laptop and/or wish to otherwise customise the model, it is available as a free document at Onshape, feel free to copy and modify (I would appreciate if you also posted a remix here) - https://cad.onshape.com/documents/4bb05b8b01e4a7da2c10e5cf/w/acf349d28fa9c2d7346a59ee/e/61874a84a5e293a10eb7b6e7

Fair warning - I am by no means an Onshape wizard so the model is most likely suboptimal in a myriad ways.

Notes:

I sliced to print at 0.16mm and 30% infill, with a 0.4mm nozzle, but it is not a hard requirement - 0.2mm and 20%(ish) infill should also be fine, and faster.

Print with the ribbed (top) side down, that way you don't need any supports. I do recommend a brim though, to minimise the chances of the large surface curling up slightly, causing the nice bottom finish to be roughed up. Not that it is visible in operation :)
