This is my first real attempt at a full board game insert.  I've really enjoyed this game, but with the Rise of IX expansion I either needed to remove the insert, and let things sit in the box, or come up with another way to make things fit.  I also wanted something that made setup very easy, with everything just basically playable out of the box.

The 3D CAD model shows how I fit things in the box, there is ~5mm left over at the top when everything is in the box.  This seems to work fine for the box when it is on it side or flat.

The top tray is printed in 4 sections, as the full tray can't be printed all at once on the MK3S+ bed.  I made them so they just fit together like a puzzle, and they can be glue to make them permanently fit together.  This top tray holds in everything below it, and then the main board holds everything in the top tray.  I kept the white thin cardboard piece to go between the top tray and the main board, and I still us the main board spacers that came with the game.

There is a ‘spare tray’ as I need things to line up.  I'm not quite sure between the water tray, as labelled and the spare tray as labeled, which will be used more.  But the space is there for anyone to decide how the use it.

You will need to print the player trays x4.  And the either the Solari or Spice tray (there's technically no current difference) either one each or one of them twice.

For those that may have lost the foam that hold in the main board, I've also now included corners, need to print x4 of them, to hold the main board.  This can now be used to take up any extra space gap between the inserts and the top, and can be used with or instead of the foam.

I thought about adding embossed icons into the trays and may do it in the future, but for now, all the trays are basically interchangeable.  Comments welcome.
