Print-in-place foldout table

The goal here was to design a table larger larger than the area of the print bed, but also to print it in one piece.

The legs are also design to print-in-place and fold out to both allow for minimal supports and to support the fold-out leaves of the table.

Unfortunately I couldn't get around print the corners of the table separately as the would have interfered with the leaves folding out into position, however on the MK3s bed this was printed on there is enough space to print everything at once.

Minimal supports are required for the corners of the table and between the table base and the leaf support legs.
