Anycubic Mega Zero BTT SKR MINI E3

New mainboard casing to support BTT SKR mini E3 v1-3.

Space for a Pi Zero 2w have not tested pi zero but it should fit.

Space for a 30 mm fan on the side for added cooling

Uses the stock botoom platre

Supports requiered for The Pi holder
