Cap For SuperLube LMU8 Tip

Quickly designed a super simple cap for the 12g SuperLube bearing lube tip.

Consider scaling up or down by a few percent if you'd like a tighter or looser fit. With no changes, I'm able to grab the bottle by the top of the cap and shake without it coming loose.
