Meanwell mounting bracket for QILIPSU enclosure

Basic mounting bracket for QILIPSU enclosure that lets you mount a meanwell LRS-250 (and probably 350) under the mounting plate.

You'll need to pick up 4x M5x50 screws to mount through the spaces, and 4x m4x10 (plus a washer) for the meanwell mount points..

Probably would work fine with PLA, but would suggest PETG for heat concerns.

Suggest a modifier to be placed above the plate portion to make sure the little stubs have 5 perimeters instead of using infil with them.
