Totoro Window Cookie

After seeing this video for making a Totoro Window Cookie, I just had to try my hand at it.

I am providing a 100mm cookie cutter and a 200mm cookie cutter, so you can make cookies in a size that works for you.

For those who don't know, a product called " Isomalt" is used to make the window.

As always I am including a copy of my basic "Sugar Cookie Dough" recipe.

You may use any infill you choose, I just always tend to use 50% for all of my cookie cutters.
