Wingnut Knob for M3

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1976654, but sized to fit an M3 wingnut.

It's shorter than the original on both the bottom and top sections and is sized to fit a M3 wingnut. I made it for the Y-tensioner on my printer.
