Adpators for geeetech 20x4 to Prusa MK2 lcd case

I put a geeetech 20x4 lcd into a Original Prusa MK2 lcd case

For the most part It fits nicely.
Display lines up, SD card lines up, Screws are slightly out but close enough.
The knob shaft and reset button are in correct location, but are two far back/short.

These two parts fix this without having to modify the lcd case parts.

Knob_mod is an extension to the Knob clip, is glued to the current part. (Ignore the screw thread in the image, its just there to make sure it lined up correctly while gluing)
Reset_mod is an extension to the reset, it clips onto the current case parts.
