First of all, my respect to the original designer of the Snap Close Connector "electrosync".
I was very enthusiastic about the idea but had immediately a few improvements in mind that I noticed in the original design.
I have also redesigned the original 3D models and made some design changes.
Among other things, the screws heads are now hidden and standard M3x15 hexagon screws can be used. Most of us have those in the spare part bag 😉
Do real MAKERS need a description !? 😉
First insert the M3 screws in Part 1 ( Maybe the holes have to be re-drilled with a 3mm drill bit) then put the nuts in the recesses Part 4 (If you use the Version with Nuts). Now assemble the parts in the given order and dont forget the spring! Then screw the parts together, DON'T OVERTIGHT done!
Simple print
No support needed
PLA and PETG gives a very good results on 0.20mm, 15 % Infill and 2 Parameters of course with original Prusament! 👍🏻
Happy Printing!!! 👋🏻
