Voronoi Self Watering Plantern

This is a self watering plantern with a voronoid pattern. 

The idea with this design was to create a medium size planter with a design pattern that could not be made  just by applying features to an object, and instead required some tinkering.

The voronoi pattern have double fillets so some of them needed to be manually reshaped or the tools would not allow fillets to be made. 

The planter in the image was made with a 0.6 [mm] nozzle at 0.4 [mm] layer height and 0.6 [mm] layer width.  The outer basket should be printed with finer details. I just needed it to print faster to see the finished product before I could start refining the model.

Material: I use PETG as I find this material really awesome. it wont suddenly break or snap, and can stand in the sun without to much problems. However, it’s not the most aesthetic material to use. PLA would give a better surface.

Printer settings: the outer basket needs to be waterproof, so I made it with 4 walls, resulting in 8 walls effectively.
