Longboard Mud Guards

Designed to fit over the front trucks on a Backfire G3 Board. I am still working on guards for the back. 

I have printed V3 of this which is identical with the exception of the chamfers on the center hole. My guards snapped at the truck connection after 1 mile, but the road was all chip-seal, so very rough. Only extra hardware needed is one additional spacer to go between the truck-side spacer and the bearing, and I added a single layer of electrical tape around the truck to make more friction. The truck-side spacer gets pressed into the guard then the extra spacer, wheel, spacer then nut.

Filament: Overture Space Grey PLA

Infill: 15% with three top and bottom layers and 3 walls.

Supports: Oriented so only the part that goes over the truck needs them.
