IKEA METOD to BESTÅ leveling foot adapter

Just a quick remix to use my existing Besta leveling feets together with the method kitchen kabinets. I wanted to use the funiture somewhere else and make them lower to fit other parts next to it.

I changed my version 3 into version 5 and added the supporting part on the one side. This is for the higher cabinets to properly support their weights on the legs.
