Only 8 parts to print.  All print without support, and can be printed at the same time.  Besides the printed parts, the other parts cost less than ten dollars as of April 2022.  You need two 9-gram servos, a board that connects to WiFi to get the time and drive the servos, and 6 small self-tapper screws.

Easiest board to use is the DIYMORE ESP8285 Mcu Strong, but any ESP8266 or ESP32 board could be used.  These can be programmed using the Arduino IDE.
