This is a replacement for the button latch that clips the dustbin (front) to the motor (back) of the Shark SV760 cordless handheld vacuum.

Could it be prettier? Yes, probably, but it does the job!

This is meant to be printed upside down, with the top of the latch on the print bed. Supports are needed to ensure the side pegs print properly. I recommend a 0.1mm layer height to get nicely rounded side pegs.

To install, remove the dustbin from the front of the vacuum (if attached). Remove four screws near the top and front of the vacuum body. This will allow the top of the vacuum to be pulled apart enough to insert the replacement button latch into position.

I have not tried removing all the screws and completely opening the vacuum. I would recommend against doing so to avoid having to reassemble the vacuum.

Before inserting the replacement, attach the spring from the original button latch to the replacement. While the spring should seat firmly into the replacement, when installing the replacement be careful to not allow the spring to fall through the gap between the sides of the vacuum.
