Woggin made an interesting design whereby one can slide two 'things' onto the jaws of your caliper and then can 'accurately' measure items that have lips, raised edges, etc. Like for example brake discs. The original design can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2946620
However they did not fit my digital stainless steel caliper (bought on Ebay a couple of years ago - see photo's - I think it is almost similar to this one: https://www.ebay.nl/itm/DEKO-Digital-Caliper-Stainless-Steel-Vernier-Ruler-0-6-Inch-150mm-Large-Display/122882477450?hash=item1c9c5dcd8a:g:aOMAAOSwPOhaaWai)
Hence I remixed the extensions such that they now fit snugly on the jaws of this type caliper. Obviously the accuracy of the caliper is a bit affected but still more than good enough for me.

Notes:
Suggest to print in PLA since this is very stiff - it bends less than materials like ABS or PETG.
I used 3 perimeters and 20% infill
