Prusa 1.75mm PLA;
It has an "Unlubricated Turntable, 3" Square, 200 lb. Capacity, Galvanized Steel" bearing from McMaster-Carr part number 6031K16 and 8 number 6 plastic tapping screws to mount the bearing to the two printed parts.
The bearing is mounted to the lower part first and then holes through the base allow the top to be attached to the bearing.
This took about 32 hours to print. I would increase the layer height if I print another. This one was printed at 0.15 mm layer height at a 20% infill using the Prusa Control to generate the G-Code. I plan to design another one just for the rest of my bit collection. The shelves will be deeper, (these are 12.5mm) to allow my metric and sae hex sockets to be stored.

This is my first design in Fusion 360. Nice software. Bit of a learning curve but seems to be very supported by Autodesk and the community.
