v30 Whistle - with Fleur de Lis

This is a remix of LMF5000's remix of Goury's remix of jzisa's whistle. 

My goal was to add a Scouting emblem to make a useful and meaningful end of year gift for my Cub Scout Pack. 30 will easily fit on the MK3 bed, might get 36 with a little work. 

The resizing of the fleur de lis, and adding it to the whistle was all done in PrusaSlicer. I add a color change at layer 56/11.2mm to highlight the fleur de lis.

Released under GNU GPL license same as the original v30 whistle.
