This R/C car is about 34 years old, the tyres on mine (which I've had that long!) are cracking and falling to bits. This is a replacement tyre for the model. This one is printed in Polyflex which is possibly a bit on the solid side for tyres. We've not dialled in the Ultimaker 2+ on Ninjaflex yet which would probably be a better as it's softer on the durometer scale.
You need to use a screw driver to help get these on the rims, they are harder than the stock tyres. If you have the time/patients I would try this with Ninjaflex.

This is built in Autodesk 123D, a very powerful (if a little unstable) tool.
Creating the tyre:Outline of tyre drawn as a sketch
Lathed through 360 degrees (keep the centre point handy - this is now a slick tyre.
To add a nice smooth circular tread pattern around the tyre:
Make a rectangle the size of the tread depth
Lathe the rectangle through 24 degrees
Draw the thread pattern as a single item
Extrude the tread pattern bigger that rectangle created earlier
Rotate the thread pattern to the right angle
Repeat the tread pattern 5 times (the outer two will only have the very edges cut into the tyre)
Subtract the tread pattern from the rectangle.
Repeat the tread pattern 15 times around the centre point of the tyre - (24*15 = 360 degrees)
Align the 15 tread pattern templates with the centre of the tyre
Subtract the tread 15 patterns from the tyre.
