I haven't tried flexible filament, and my lego tracks are in the mail, so I used the original models to make some wheels. The little nibs are just about as small as they can be, with 0.2mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle.

In hindsight, I should have made the OD larger, so it would have similar clearance to the track. Oops. If you feel like editing it, I'll also add the .step file. It will probably be a pain with all those nubs on it... Maybe scale it up, and then shrink the servo and screw parts? If you do, please post it back here so the next guy doesn't have to.

BTW, there are some very fun things to print with this model. I made a game, trying to clear out all the obstacles with this mini loader, and here are the parts that I used (it was for a fall party):

We gave the users 1 min, and most of them cleared about half. It was a hit.

I scaled them around a bit, to something like 10-15mm high. I clipped the bottom of the companion cube, crates, and pumpkins so they would print easier.

Overall, I've had a lot of fun with this little RC mini track loader, kudos to Zedpi! "Editing" the servos was easily the hardest part, and after that, it's been great! All from spare parts in the basement, so thank you!
