Threaded Nozzle Drawers

Threaded version of the nozzle drawer, there are 3 versions :

• E3D V6 (should fit MK8 nozzles too as it's the same thread, not tested)
• E3D Volcano

• Creality CR-10S Pro (M6x0.75mm)

  With Simplify 3D, do « Mesh > Separate Connected Surfaces » after importing the model
