This is a multicolor thing and I printed it using 5 different filaments:
I was surprised to see the blue darkened down to prussian blue from it's original corn flower shade when printed directly on top of the yellow layer, so I inserted a layer for white to separate.
The thing was designed 0,2 mm layer height (initial layer 0,3) and I defined the filament changes in the slicer (Cura here).
Those 36 arcs on the outside allow for sewing the button or fixing it on a key chain etc.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
