Alphabet Letters and Numbers for Toddlers

We wanted a set of all of the letters in the alphabet printed as big as possible while still fitting all of them on the bed of the Prusa i3 MK3S+   This way, we could easily print two or three sets of them cheaply (about $2.88 ea. using PLA at 0.3mm with 15% infill).

We use these with our toddler for letter recognition and spelling simple words.   Each letter is approximately 39mm tall and 9mm in depth.  The width, of course, varies per letter.

The letters are reorganized and reoriented so they will all fit on the MK3S bed - so, for example, the “W” prints upside down and the letters are obviously out of order but all there :)

I've included the STL as well as a .3mf that should just fit on the i3 MK3S+ bed.   I printed this in 0.3mm draft mode with gyroid infill at 15% - but you can adjust to suit your needs/purpose.

EDIT/UPDATE:  Added two more STLs - I wanted to include an appropriate number of commonly repeating letters and thanks to some good suggestions, I used the Letraset letter transfers as a model.  I tried to get all of the repeats into a single STL file that would fit on the bed of the MK3S+, alas… I could not :)   So the last STL is the remaining characters that weren't playing nice (U's, S's and R's).   If you print all three STLS you should have the entire alphabet along with extras of commonly repeating letters in the English language.

EDIT/UPDATE 2: Added a STL with two sets of numbers 0-9.

EDIT/UPDATE 3: Added a “+” and “-” symbol to the number STL on request.

NOTE: All of the STLs are provided in standard orientation and my sample prints reflect this.  From experience, I would recommend that you print them face down so you can either get the proper smooth or textured finish on the face from your build plate.  To do so, simply rotate the Y axis 180 degrees in PrusaSlicer before you slice the print output.
