I wanted custom leveling knobs and thought about using nyloc nuts instead of regular ones to improve the leveling stability. This is my attempt at designing the knobs.
There's two styles and two sizes available: One style for nuts with a brim (which I would recommend using) and a brim-less version for regular nuts. The regular size is about 55 mm in diameter, the XL size is 65 mm.
Advantages:
As the nut protrudes from the knob, there is no pressure on the elastic/compressible printed part. This potentially improves precision and repeatability of the leveling.
WARNING: I tested it with M4 nyloc nuts and it does not work. The bed level screws on the Ender are not fixed and will turn with the knob. Use regular nuts instead.
