Added Knob2 with softer edges as the original knob kinda hurt! (Nov 12 2022)

Just added Spiky back clamps for side pinning the board better (July 1 2022)

Simple CNC parts clamp. There are others but couldn't seem to find one I liked, and as always, I kinda like designing my own things when possible :)

  • Simple Parts clamp that is fairly easy to print.
  • Lower profile than most I've seen which clears the router/spindle easier
  • Rather strong considering.
  • Won't hurt the bit/end mill if it  is clipped.
  • Works well on multiple of thickness boards.

Based on the ΒΌ-20 bolt and Tee Nut in the waste board that are common here in the US, but believe it's near the same as one of the metric setups over seas? (let me know and I'll edit if one is desired)

The Knob should be a tad tight on the head of the bolt, I actually heat it with a hot air gun or simple lighter so when inserted it acts like a heat set insert holding in place. if coming loose can always add a drop of CA glue or your preferred type of adhesive.
